About:

My Mission is to Empower Your Life and Body

From the beautiful stages of pregnancy to the post-delivery period, I am here to guide you in relaxing and unwinding, offering effective techniques to overcome physical setbacks and target specific areas for rejuvenation.

My Story & Credentials

The human body, mind, spirit, and soul have been the basis of my life’s work and my greatest love.

In 2016, Amber graduated from Mckinnon Body Therapy Center with training in Craniosacral therapy, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Acupressure. She has also studied extensively with prestigious organizations such as The Barral Institute and Upledger Institute.

Guided by her grandmother from a young age, she has practiced massage and bodywork on friends and family members, studying various forms of healing and remedies.

She listens to the client, observes their structure and posture, and customizes a session best tailored to address their needs and related areas.

Her quest to help people originates from a desire to help people to alleviate their pain and live in more harmony.

She believes that if physical and emotional aliments can be addressed or potentially eliminated, as a society we can have the capacity to live in greater peace.

More About Amber:

Amber has had additional training in Chi Nei Tsang since 2013- Daoist internal organ massage that helps to adjust and release abdominal pain from digestive issues, cramping, stored emotions, and more.

She has studied and practiced Ortho-bionomy-a gentle osteopathic-based modality of listening and allowing the body to unwind and correct itself, and some Qigong Tui Na.

In her pursuit to learn more, she sought out highly qualified osteopathic doctors and advanced bodyworkers to help her further her understanding. Since 2016, after being transformed by Moon, a highly advanced visceral and cranial bodyworker in the SF Bay Area, she proceeded to study with the same organization Moon studied extensively under, namely The Barral Institute for visceral, vascular, and neural manipulation and Upledger Institute for craniosacral therapy, to this day.

She has and continues to book appointments with osteopathic doctors and skilled bodyworkers to experience and learn their techniques as a patient, to in turn improve session quality and outcome for her clients.

For restoring her own body and wellness, she practices tai chi and qigong, paints and collaborates on music, and is a certified Energy Arts instructor in Wu Style Tai Chi Short Form, Dragon and Tiger Medical Qigong, and Foundational Qigong. Her touch is healing, precision based, and therapeutic.

My Client Reviews

I couldn’t be more honored to serve my clients through Healing Avenues

“Amber is incredibly talented and has so much knowledge about the body, her energy is just amazing.

I have been seeing her for a while treating my lower back where I got surgery 11 years ago after being in very bad car accident and got paralyzed from the waist down. I was always in constant pain and she has helped me so much not only I can walk around pain free but I can even touch my toes now!!!!

I also have tendonitis in both of my arms and with only my first session I was able to start moving my hands a lot more, she definitely knows what she’s doing. I’m truly forever grateful of her work, I highly recommend it.

“Amber has done massage work on me for a few years. In this time I have always found her to be truly passionate about her work as well as very knowledgeable.

She excels at getting to the root causes of any issues I may be having and not just treating the systems. Specifically, she has helped me out with muscle soreness, discomfort from exercise, and stomach infections.

I recommend her 100%.”
