“Hey Amber!

I woke up this morning and I can move my toe laterally with minimal pain for the first time! It worked! Not gonna lie… I only felt minor improvements yesterday (but improvements nonetheless), but today there’s a marked difference. My toe is much, much better.

“Hey Amber,
I wanted to let you know that I really appreciated the small Qigong practice that you gave me at the Glint event. After the practice my hand felt a lot more ‘aligned’ and less stiff than before which was very welcome because I went rock climbing in Yosemite that weekend. I’m very surprised that such small motions can have such an effect. I’d love to try more Qigong and T’ai Chi.
